When it's time to welcome your baby, I will be by your side providing continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout active labor and delivery. From the moment you need me, I'll join you at home or your chosen birth location, offering comfort techniques like breathing guidance, massage, and positioning suggestions to help you feel as calm and empowered as possible. My role is to advocate for your birth preferences, offer reassurance, and create a peaceful environment where you feel supported and heard. While I cannot provide medical care or advice, I will be there every step of the way — holding space for you and your family during this life-changing experience.
